Not at the moment. However, many parents find that private pay ends up being the better financial choice when considering all factors:
Avoidance of High Deductibles and Co-pays: Most families have high deductible health plans (HDHPs). Until your deductible (often thousands of dollars) is met, you pay 100% of the insurance-negotiated rate, which may be inflated. If your child requires long-term therapy, these high rates and co-pays can quickly surpass the cost of a private pay rate.
Fewer Required Sessions: Insurance companies often mandate lengthy and complex pre-authorization processes and typically limit the number of sessions, regardless of clinical need. Because I am not bound by these limits, I can focus on providing the precise amount of therapy needed to meet goals efficiently, potentially requiring fewer total sessions and saving you money in the long run.
No Surprise Bills: With private pay, you know the exact cost of every session before treatment begins. There are no hidden fees, surprise denial of claims, or complex explanations of benefits (EOBs) that often accompany insurance-based care.
Flexibility and Access: I offer more flexible scheduling and typically have shorter wait times than in-network providers, meaning your child can start making progress sooner.

I understand that therapy is a significant investment in your child's future, and I am committed to providing you with clear and predictable pricing.
Instead of navigating complex insurance bills and unknown out-of-pocket maximums, the pricing model is simple, transparent, and focused on delivering efficient results.
Services begin with a comprehensive Initial Evaluation ($100–$250), which allows us to create a custom plan. This fee covers the detailed assessment, the scoring, and written report.
Following the evaluation, 45-60 minutes of Individualized Treatment Sessions are offered at a rate of $50–$80 + .70 cent/per mile per session (depending on length and service type) to work on your child's specific goals.
Beyond the core services, I offer specialized programs—such as Group Therapy, Parent-Only Education Training, all with flexible scheduling and varying fee structures. Please contact me directly for a detailed explanation of these options and their associated costs.

This small fee is a critical component that ensures the long-term sustainability and quality of in-home services. I know your time is precious, and I believe therapy should fit seamlessly into your life.
The Convenience Fee (or mileage rate) ensures that I can continue to deliver consistent, high-impact sessions directly to your home, prioritizing your child's success, and your family's convenience.

I have experience with clients from the earliest stages of language (12 months) up through young adulthood (22 years), and every plan is completely customized.
I start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your child's unique strengths and challenges and create goals that are specific to their life and relevant to their age, and daily communication needs.
This tailored approach ensures your family’s long term goals leads to practical, real-world communication achievements.

A superbill is your official, detailed receipt for the services your family receives (upon request) from me.
It's a special form I give you with all the specific codes and information your insurance company requires to understand the treatment.
You may submit the superbill directly to your insurance company and they will review it to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement. However, your insurance company is the final decision-maker on coverage and reimbursement. I strongly recommend you contact your insurance company directly before your visit and ask them about your specific out-of-network benefits.
